Like many of you I was initially annoyed and disappointed that after preparing the base my ordered log cabin was not going to be delivered and no actual delivery date available.To be fair to Tuin this is not their fault and nobody could forsee the problems covid would cause.I have no link to this company but would suggest that the recent harsh comments are more emotional than a reflection of the situation.Karen and her team are doing all they can but they can't Magic up log cabins if factories and suppliers throughout Europe are on reduced capacity.Just like everyone I have valid reason for wanting a delivery immediately but please keep things in perspective...it's a log cabin and your life won't change much by waiting a few months.If the unwarranted harsh comments put off future customers placing orders then jobs could be unfairly lost.I will update my review once I've received and built my James cabin on its quality because up till now Tuin have been honest and truthful with me as to the problems they facing.
Terrible Service and Still no date for the log cabin ordered in April for delivery week 01 June. Very very poor. I would say AVOID this company. So disappointed. We are all prepared. Base made and no cabin. Web site is still taking orders..Mike.M.

Tuin have had my money for nearly one year and have failed to deliver the cabin.
Customer service is the worst i have ever experienced. They only respond to emails, no phone calls. Email responses can take a week. I always have to chase Tuin for updates and email responses.
Don't believe the delivery dates on their website. The cabin i ordered has an estimated delivery date of 10 to 12 weeks. I've been waiting 10 months and still no cabin!

Purchased the Tourist Gazebo. The instructions that come with the flat pack are terrible and lack detail so you need to problem solve on your own. The Tuin videos were very helpful (invaluable) for the installation of the shingles but the Tuin instructions to build the gazebo also lack fine detail resulting in our king pin installed upside down. The free shingles were great and there was more than enough, I would highly recommended getting that. It took us 6 days to complete the build and we were knackered after it. One triangle of shingles takes approx 2.5 - 3 hours to hammer on so it’s about 12 hours to complete the shingles roof alone. In relation to the wood two of the posts have big splits right up them and one of the roof struts had a rectangular chunk cut out of it, unfortunately you can’t upload pictures to the review to illustrate. I emailed one of the recommended builders and got a quote of £650 which in hindsight is probably worth paying. It looks lovely now it’s finished but a lot of problem solving and hard graft to get there.
I read positive reviews and only muttering of poor communication and after much consideration I decided on a 3x5 wood cabin made of 2 inch thick planks and featured free roof shingles, I also purchased a floor. All done by email as their phone numbers tell you they’ve closed the office due to covid, this is reinforced by a big statement on their website. I was given a lead time and told I would be called in advance to notify me the cabin would be on the way. This never happened, I was called on the Friday by a nice lady from a haulage company who gave me Monday or Tuesday options. Written Instructions were poor at best although the website has lots of general help however Tuin support people are awful. In the context of putting up a wooden building in the spring I had a twisted plank and another that was badly cut so wrote for advice as you can’t speak to anyone. It took four days to resolve where I dismantled the cabin fixed the two problems and put it up again which was quite nerve wracking hoping it wouldn’t rain. And then they emailed me back. Their free shingles is mockery of an offer as they supplied insufficient to cover the roof. So I wrote and received an untimely reply offering to sell me more shingles. I was forced to purchase three further packs from Iko to finish the roof. I now have the same issue with the floor. It measures 4.7x2.7=12.7mThey supplied 6 packs that together measure 9.5m Free shingles is one insulting thing but I paid quite a lot of money for a floor that is more than three square meters short. There was no reply from Tuin In short if you need any help don’t buy a Tuin cabin.

Got a barrel sauna was very please with it but have not receive the fire yet
We purchased a Daisy log cabin Late November 2020 for delivery 2nd week January and it arrived bang on time with great service from the delivery company. Due to working commitments I didn't look near it for another 4 weeks, my wife booked a long weekend from work and a date for building was set. 3 days prior to this I thought I'll make a start on the DPC and first beams, Before I knew it the walls were finished, windows in and doors hung. Day one. Day two saw the roof boarded. Day 3 shingles laid. All on my own, they are so so easy, Lego is harder. Yes the written instructions are pants, but all you need are the drawings, the tips from their website, access to youtube, lots of tea, and a wee bit of muscle. This is a company I would recommend highly to anyone, get the wife and kids to help and make some memories, brilliant love it.
From a smooth delivery to great instructions and informational online videos we are delighted with our Emma corner summerhouse.It may seem like a daunting task when the wood etc is delivered but following the online instructions it was simpler than we imagined.Key thing is to separate all the different parts out I.e base, doors windows etc and then walk through instructions, visit tuin website for some great videos and start there.We paid extra for the composite base which is advised by some previous customers. Once base is done it’s really like a big Lego set. We had no issues with warped wood or anything which was great.All in all from end to end it took around 3 days for a novice diyer plus a helper to complete. Really happy.
I ordered the Agnes cabin in June2020 and still haven’t received it. Tuin took the money out of my account twice promising delivery, nothing happened. Their customer service is nonexistent. The phone lines are switched off and then you have to wait days for an email response. When you do get an answer, it is excuse after excuse. Yes Covid is an issue but by now they should have sorted this out. If I treated my customers like this I wouldn’t have any left! Btw their website is still showing 10-12 week delivery- yeah right! Do not order from this company.
I really like my Aiste Cabin, and have found Tuin to be a helpful and responsive company when I've had queries. There was a significant delay to the order due to manufacturing under Covid conditions in the factory but I'm glad I chose to continue with the order and it was worth the wait. The quality of the cabin exceeds many I viewed before choosing Tuin and, so far, I'm delighted.

I must say i hesitated in purchasing a few times because of delivery times but Tuin kept me up to date every step of the way and delivered bang on time. They also honoured a discount refund as the day of my delivery they dropped the price on the cabin i ordered. i would definitely recommend these guys and very happy with our end result
Hi - we replaced a similar gazebo with the Tuin model. the Tuin model although more expensive was far superior. it looks excellent in the garden and the roof tiles look great - we would certainly recommend Tuin. the team were helpful as we had lots of questions. it turned up when they said it would, it certainly ticks all the boxes and was worth spending a few hundred pound more for a solid and really nice looking gazebo - 5 star rating from us.
Bought a Tuin cabin vent for my Tuin log cabin. Reduced pressure and increased ventilation. Good quality, fast dispatch. Buy 2 sets - one for each end!
